  • Reincarnation was taken in March of 2021, as the melting snow quenches the thirst and reanimates the forest floor of the Door County peninsula of Wisconsin. 

    I have this theory that trees never really die because they reincarnate while they are still alive.  

    The image was taken in a deep, wet, shady spot along the Heins Creek Natural Preserve and is a natural, no-interference vignette.
